What evidence do I need to win an escrow dispute over condition?
The car I received has rust the listing never mentioned. I've opened a dispute and want to make the strongest case possible. What does the escrow agent actually look at?

Timestamps are everything: the original listing, your messages with the seller, delivery paperwork, and dated photos of the rust. If a mechanic documented it, include that too. The agent weighs the agreement against the evidence — vague claims lose, documented ones win.
Don't release the funds while the dispute is open, and respond to every agent request promptly. Silence can be read as abandoning the claim.
